Electronic delivery: digital key products will be emailed on the day your order is confirmed.

• License key/serial number emailed within 30 minutes to 6 hours after purchase during normal business hours (6am – 8pm).
• After hours licenses and weekend orders are emailed up to 6 hours after purchase before 8PM. Remaining licenses are emailed the following morning.
• For weekend orders placed after 8PM, licenses are emailed the next day by 12PM.

Returns & Replacements: viptoys.net provides customers with outstanding support regarding our return and exchange service. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30-day product warranty. Within 30 days of delivery, viptoys.net will issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, for most new unopened items. If viptoys.net discovers that it was an error on our part, we will pay return shipping for the incorrect or defective item. Customers will receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This timeframe estimate includes return shipping to our company location, authorization check, and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original payment method. If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item on our part and wishes to receive a replacement, viptoys.net will pay the return shipping price for the correct item and send the correct item to the customer for use. Transport application is upgraded. We will notify the customer via email once we receive and process the product.

* Electronic delivery: viptoys.net will send the product / license key through the manufacturer’s verification process to confirm the product is not activated or has not been used. Once this verification is complete and the product has been approved, viptoys.net will refund the purchase price of the product according to the original payment method.
